Kiosk Services & Payments

Ice and water purchases are made directly at our kiosk machines or through the Twice The Ice mobile app. Trinity Ice LLC is responsible for the operation and maintenance of our kiosks. Payment processing through the Twice The Ice app is handled by Ice House America.

Refund Policy

If a kiosk malfunctions or fails to dispense your ice or water after payment, please contact us at (214) 631-9591. To process your refund, please provide:

• The machine address
• Time of purchase
• Payment method used

Refunds will be issued promptly via the original payment method or as a credit through the Twice The Ice app.
